We are unable to accept returns on sale items for change of mind by the customer or an incorrect size. Please choose carefully. Returns will be gladly considered for faulty items.
For regular price shoes, If your shoes do not fit correctly or vary greatly from your expectations, and they have not been worn, please contact us here within 7 days of the invoice for an authority to return.
To satisfactorily comply with this policy, the shoes must be unworn, with the packaging and shoes undamaged and in original order.
This, along with the appropriate return authority, will enable you to return them to us.
Please post the shoes back in the original box with packing, along with the completed return authorisation paperwork to Naot of Canberra 1/151 Cowper Street, Dickson Act 2602. Please post at a post office or agent counter and attain a tracking number for your records.
When returning goods, please use a secure, sealable bag that is appropriate for the product.
Provided the shoes are received within 14 days of the date of the invoice, and both the packaging and the shoes remain undamaged, we will provide a full refund of the purchase.
Refunds will be transacted as soon as possible after receipt of the return package and checking that the shoes and packaging are in original condition, but please allow for processing time.
If a different size is required, a new size will be shipped to you at your address anywhere in Australia with no additional cost for shipping. Shipping costs for any subsequent new sizes will be paid by the customer.
It is only the return to NAOT of Canberra costs that a customer is responsible for.
If any footwear or other product is faulty, we will replace or offer a full refund at no cost to the customer.
Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer, and do not form part of the refund.
We do not refund any costs occurred regarding the return shipping or postage of the product.

Purchasing is done securely via PayPal, a direct debit, or a credit card.
We do not hold any of the entered credit card or financial details.
Once a selection, or selections are made, and paid for, we will receive notification of the sale transaction.
Please enter your personal and contact details accurately in order for us to precipitate the order.
You will receive an initial notification of the placed order, and another once the order has been shipped.
Standard delivery within Australia is free, with the approximate delivery time being 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch of the order.
